摘  要:后现代主义具有质疑与批判、多元化、解构主体性、推崇差异性等思维特征,对高等职业院校德育工作影响是双重的。做好复杂的高等职业院校德育工作要吸收后现代主义的积极因素,通过确定主体性、创造性的德育目标;发掘多元化的德育内容;创设开放性的德育渠道;开拓多样化的德育方式;推崇平等的师生观;建立科学的德育评价标准等更好地开展高等职业院校德育工作。Post-modernism is characterized in way of thinking with challenge and criticism,diversity,deconstruction of subjectivity,profound respect for differentia,etc.These characteristics have produced double effect on the moral education in higher vocation-oriented technological colleges.In order to do well the complex moral work in the higher vocational institutes,the view is held that the positive factors should be absorbed from postmodernism;the student subjectivity and creativity of the moral goals be developed;the pluralistic moraleducation-related contents be deeply dug;the channels to moral education be opened up;the equality-and-dialogue-oriented outlook on the teacher-student relationship be held in esteem;and the scientific criteria for moral education be set up.
