摘　　要：各职业技术院校的校名不一、翻译各异体现了定位不明的职业技术教育现状。结合实例、依据权威刊物解读职业技术教育内涵,比较国外一些职业院校机构的表述,对所述院校的译名提出建议。The different names of vocational ＆ technical colleges and their English equivalents in China indicate the obscure Vo-tech educational direction. By examples and by authoritative documents both from home and abroad, the essay exposes the connotation of Vo-tech education, and proposes the English equivalents for part of Vo-tech colleges mentioned above.
