摘　　要：采用卡特尔16PF人格调查问卷,对参与中国科学院研究生院跨学科专业选择计划(TOP-100)的研究生群体的人格特质进行了总体分析,在此基础上比较分析了男女研究生的人格特质差异。同时,进一步研究了男女研究生人格特质与其学业成绩之间的相关性,并通过回归分析方法建立了实用有效的线性预测方程,其结论为TOP-100计划的有效实施和未来研究生的教育教学发展提供了借鉴。The general analysis in this paper is made through normal 16PF examination on postgraduates taking part in TOP-100 plan in CAS. Characteristics and differences of personality traits between male and female postgraduates are further studied based on the analysis. Meanwhile, study on linear function constructed by regression analysis is introduced to research on the relationship between personality traits and academic achievements. These results play an important rule on CAS postgraduate education and management.
