高校辅导员角色困惑及定位分析

摘　　要：由于历史、现实、认识等各方面的因素影响,辅导员角色定位长期缺失,影响队伍科学发展。文章分析了辅导员角色困惑现状和原因,从社会、学校、辅导员个人角度出发分析了辅导员的角色定位,提出辅导员工作专业化、职业化是实现辅导员角色准确定位的有效途径。The role orientation of college counselors has long been the main concern of researchers in China.This paper mainly focuses on the current situations and problems of college counselors＇ role orientation from the perspective of society,colleges and counselors themselves and suggests that specialization and professionalism are effective approaches to the proper orientation of college counselors.
