摘　　要：文章分析了建立高校教师专业技术资格网络评审系统的现实意义和现实基础,结合数字化校园建设,提出建设网络化、高效、节能、绿色的高校专业技术资格评审系统的构想,并结合实际情况初步探讨了实施措施和必须解决的技术问题。This paper analyzes the establishment of an online system for professional and technical qualifications assessment of university teachers.Based on the necessity and urgency,the paper proposes the construction of a network-based,efficient,energy-saving,green system for such purpose,discussing the actual situation and the measures to implement the system and the technical problems to be addressed.
