摘 要:随着医疗保险制度不断完善,"全民医保"政策的推行,参保人群进一步扩大,来院就诊患者成为医院的重头"戏"。通过强化管理及服务意识,拓宽服务功能,规范医疗行为,严把"验卡关"、"审核关"、"费用关"、"医疗关"等一系列措施,对医保工作进行全面有效的管理,最终达到参保人满意、医院满意、医保经办机构满意的三赢目的,促进医院建设发展。With the continuous improvement of medical insurance system and practice of "medical security for the whole people" policy,the insured population is further expanding,and the proportion of health insurance patients for hospital treatment is rapidly rising,medical insurance also becomes the hospital's heavy "play". The following measures are employed to comprehensively and effectively manage medical insurance: enhance awareness of management and service,broaden service function,standardize medical behaviors,strictly regulate" card inspection","examination ","cost" and "medical treatment",and ultimately achieve Triple-Win situations,namely,satisfaction of the insured population,hospital and medical insurance agencies,with the objective of promoting the development of hospital construction.
