摘　　要：合成具有阿维菌素特征结构的半抗原,采用活化酯法与载体蛋白BSA偶联制备人工抗原。通过免疫新西兰大白兔成功制备阿维菌素多克隆抗体,抗体效价达1∶20000,用此抗体建立的阿维菌素间接竞争酶联免疫标准曲线IC50为1.92ng/mL,IC为0.13ng/mL。The hapten of avermectin which has the special structure was prepared. The carrier protein BSA was conjugated with hapten to obtain the artificial antigen by the active ester method. The anti-AVM antibody was obtained after immunized to New Zealand white rabbits. Antibody titer reached 1∶20 000. The standard curve of indirect competitive enzymed-linked immunoassay was developed with IC50 of 1.92 ng/mL and IC15 of 0.13 ng/mL.
