摘  要:CRCP在重载、复合式路面中具有良好的应用前景,其结构受力可划分为荷载应力和温度应力,其中温度应力又包含均匀温度变化和翘曲2个方面。均匀温降时的CRCP受力可简化为3种材料的相互作用:水泥混凝土、钢筋和地基,在有限元中如何描述三者之间的相互作用是计算的基础。根据已有双线性地基模型,分析了地基摩阻的解析解,通过对比不同地基材料属性情况下的摩擦应力特征数,证明了地基摩阻对CRCP均匀温降下的受力影响可以忽略;为了在有限元中模拟水泥混凝土与钢筋间的相互作用,建立了粘结刚度系数向弹簧单元刚度系数的等效转换关系式,并进行了对比分析,验证了其正确性,提供了CRCP有限元分析中弹簧单元模拟钢筋与混凝土界面的关键参数。最后,在以上分析基础上,对包含不同纵向钢筋数量的板条进行计算对比,结果表明板宽对CRCP沿钢筋轴向的各计算结果无显著影响。因此,均匀温降条件下有限元受力分析时,可采用含少数纵向钢筋的板条代替真实尺寸结构。Continuously reinforced concrete pavement(CRCP) has good prospects in heavy-load and composite pavements.Source of its structural stress can be divided into two parts,wheel load and temperature change,while thermal stress consists of two aspects of uniform temperature change and buckling deformation.The behavior of CRCP under uniform temperature drop condition could be simplified to interaction of concrete,steel and subgrade,which is the basis of finite element method(FEM) calculation.According to the current bilinear model of slab/base frictional stress-slippage relation,analytical solution of slab/base friction is analyzed.And comparative analysis of frictional restraint characteristics of different bases proved that influence of base friction force on CRCP under uniform temperature drop condition could be neglected.In order to simulate interaction between steel and concrete under FEM model,the equivalent conversion formula from bond-slip stiffness to spring stiffness coefficient is established,which is justified by comparative analysis,providing key parameter for FEM analysis of CRCP simulating the bond-slip relation between steel and concrete.At last, based on the above analysis,calculation results show that the plate width have no apparent effects on the parameters of CRCP along longitudinal direction of steel-bar by comparative analysis of block model with different fore and aft steel-bar numbers.Thus,block with a few longitudinal steel bars instead of true size structure could be used in the FEM mechanical analysis of CRCP.
