摘　　要：网瘾是一种由于长期沉溺网络形成的对青少年的工作学习和身心健康造成巨大危害的精神性疾病,是当今社会普遍关心的问题。作为具有社会教育职能的县级公共图书馆,应充分发挥自身优势,采取有效措施,积极参与解决青少年网瘾问题。Internet addict is mental disorder that causes great harm to study ,work and physical and mental health of juveniles and youth due to Internet addict for a long time. This is the common concerned problem in today＇s society. As a function of social education county public libraries should give full play to its own advantage,and take effective measures to actively participate in solving the problem of Internet addict of juveniles and youth.
