摘 要:采用传统方法对甘蓝型油菜种皮色泽进行粒色分级,测定其皮壳率、籽粒含油量、皮壳含油量、胚含油量,并进行相关性分析,以籽粒含油量为目标性状进行通径分析。结果表明:甘蓝型油菜粒色与籽粒含油量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.8519**),与皮壳率呈极显著正相关(r=0.9208**);粒色与籽粒含油量的直接通径系数为-0.71169。甘蓝型黄籽油菜含油量明显高于黑籽油菜的含油量;皮壳率对含油量具有显著的影响。This research has used traditional methods for grading the seed color of Brassica napus L.,and made assay of its husk content,seed oil content,husk oil content,embryo oil content,then analyzed about their correlation,carries on the path analysis with seed oil content as the goal character.The results showed that there was highly significantly negative correlation between seed color and the seed oil content,r=-0.8519,and highly significantly positive correlation with husk content,r=0.9208;the direct path coefficient about seed color and seed oil content was-0.71169.The oil content of the yellow-seed rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) was significantly higher than that black-seeded line;husk content has the remarkable influence to the oil content of the seed.
