摘 要:对长白山野猪与吉林本地黑猪杂交后代的屠宰性能进行研究。结果表明,长白山野猪与吉林本地黑猪杂交后代屠宰率平均为74%,瘦肉率平均为55%,平均背膘厚2.30 cm。体质量和体长呈显著正相关(P<0.05),体质量和体斜长呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),体质量和瘦肉率呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);屠宰率和各性能之间无显著相关性。试验结果显示,长白山野猪与吉林本地黑猪杂交后代有较高的瘦肉率和屠宰率等优势,屠宰性能较好。This experiment assayed the slaughter performance of the filial generation of wild boar of Changbai Mountain and JiLin local black pig.The result showed that the average dressing percentage of the filial generation of wild boar of Changbai mountain and JiLin local black pig was 74%,the meat percentage was 55%,and the average back fat thickness was 2.30 cm.The correlations among the indicators of the slaughter performance were as follows: body weight and stem length were significant positive correlation(P0.05);body weight and body oblique length were highly significant positive correlation(P0.01);body weight and meat percentage had highly significant negative correlation(P0.01);however,slaughter rate was not correlated with other indicators.In conclusion,the filial generation of wild boar of Changbai Mountain and JiLin local black pig showed better slaughter performance for the higher meat percentage and dressing percentage.
