摘 要:带式输送机的设计方法主要为传统静态设计方法,对实际运行中的动态特性并没有过多考虑。利用RecurDyn软件,对带式输送机虚拟样机进行建模,采用RecurDyn中的IF函数和STEP函数组合表达式,实现带式输送机驱动装置软启动的仿真。比较软启动和突然加速启动驱动装置,以及通过拉紧装置预加一个拉力再软启动驱动装置的仿真结果,观察输送带的各个工况受到的张力。结果表明,在给输送带施加一定的张紧力后再软启动驱动装置,输送带受到的动载荷明显减小。The main approach for designing belt conveyors is the traditional static design approach, which dose not consider too much the dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor in operation. The paper establishes the model of virtual prototype of belt conveyor with RecurDyn, as well as simulates the soft start-up of drive of belt conveyor with combined expression of IF function and STEP function of RecurDyn. It also contrastes the simulation results of soft start-up of drive, abrupt acceleration start-up of drive and loading of a tension by tensioning device before soft start-up of drive, as well as observes the belt strains under different working conditions. The results show that the dynamic load of belt remarkably decreases during the third start-up.
