摘　　要：介绍了国际上发展较好的四类生物医学领域本体,从开发时间、目的、覆盖内容、结构等方面进行了深入比较,总结出目前本体开发中存在的同义词与术语表达、对应关系与间隔尺度等主要问题。Four types of well-developed international ontology in biomedical field were introduced. The ma- jor problems in development of ontology were summarized including the expression of synonyms and terms as well as correspondence and interval measure by comparing their development time, objective, coverage and structure.
