摘　　要：深化工学结合人才培养模式的改革应构建校企双赢互动的长效机制,根据市场企业用人需求设置专业,根据产业行业发展状况及生产技术特点与发展趋势设计人才培养方案,实施"课证融合"制度。Long-term mechanism of interactive double win between school and enterprise should be set up to deepen the reform of talents training mode of work - study combination. The major should be established according to the talent need from market and enterprises. Talents training scheme should be designed according to the development status of the industry, its feature of production technology, and its development trend. The system of ＂course - certificate integration＂ should be implemented.
