对精神分裂症实施心理治疗前后比较研究

摘　　要：为了探索缓解期精神分裂症心理治疗的方法与疗效．以SCL－90症状自评量表和自编简明心理行为量表为量化指标．对43例患者作了心理治疗前后的比较研究。结果表明．接受心理治疗一年后的27例患者与未接受心理治疗前的43例患者，SCL—90总均分及10个因子中的9个因子均分有明显差异。简明心理行为量表13种心理行为有明显改变。In order to explore psychological treatment methods and analyze the effects about the rehabititating schizophrenia,seventy patients are analyzed under the agreement of them and their relatives. Basing upon the random principle,forty- three patients have been treated for one year and twenty-seven patients are employed as a control group. SCL- 90 and self -construct ed form are used as an index of treatment effects. The results show that the total scores of SCL 90 and the nine of ten factors are significantly different betwween the tow groups. There are significantly changes for the thirteen kinds of psychological behaviors defined in the self-construct ed form. Except the mental disorder factor,differences of the nine factor scores and the total score of SCL- 90are not significant betwween the group of thirty- four patients of half a year treat ment and the group of forty-three patients before treatment.
