摘　　要：英国于20世纪90年代末期启动了全面整合学前儿童服务体系的改革进程。本文聚焦这一改革,从立法、行政、管理、服务标准等维度进行概括和梳理,以期勾勒其基本面貌并分析其面临的挑战。Integration of early childhood services based on combing education and childcare is becoming one of the trends in preschool education reform.In the international context,the United Kingdom has accelerated the development of early childhood education and care in the late 1990s,and initiated the integration of the services related to young children at the same time.This article focuses on the process of services integration for young children in England in terms of the legislative,administrative,regulative and other dimensions,and outlines the childrenoriented integration services.
