摘 要:随着组织知识工作逐渐转向以团队为基础,需要对传统团队领导模式变革进行深层次的思考。近年研究表明,领导权可以在团队领导和团队成员之间共享,即共享领导。本文对知识团队领导模式变革的需求,共享领导的内涵与优势,共享领导模式的任务特征、团队成员特征、团队外部领导职能、培育体系以及共享领导对团队效能影响等方面进行系统概括和阐述,在此基础上,对共享领导模式未来研究方向作了展望。knowledge work gradually transformed to be team -based, traditional leading model needs to be refound with deep thoughts. Researches in recent years show that leadership can be shared between team leader and other team members in ca ses that one possesses some critical knowledge and skills to cope with the problem confronting the team, then he or she could be a leader at the corresponding aspect. This thesis tries to generalize and illustrate the needs for refounding leading model in knowledge teams;the essence and advantages of shared leadership; the task traits, team members characteristics of shared leadership ; the teams' external leading function, the cultivation system and the influence on team efficiency of shared leadership.
