摘　　要：为探讨PBL＋LBL联合教学模式在普外科教学查房中的应用效果，将2005级40名临床八年制医学生随机分成两组：试验组为PBL＋LBL联合教学模式，对照组为单纯的PBL教学模式。通过考核及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果显示两组在基础理论知识的得分上试验组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），学生对PBL＋LBL联合的教学模式满意度较高。To discuss the effect of PBL＋ IBL in practice of medical students in general surgery department, the students of 8 --year--program in random were divided into two groups： trial group （evaluated PBL＋ IBL teaching method） and control group （PBL teaching）. The teaching effects were evaluated by exams and questionnaire investigation. The results showed that the students in trial group had a significant higher score in practice. The students exhibited great satisfaction to the PBL＋IBL teaching pattern.
