摘　　要：加强高校辅导员队伍建设、提高学生思想政治教育工作水平一直是高校面临的一个重要课题,而建立健全辅导员队伍的考核体系是切实加强高校辅导员队伍建设的客观要求。[1]目前对辅导员常规的考核测评方法主要有民意测验法和总结评语法等定性考核,虽然具有一定的群众性和民主性,但是存在考核标准受主观影响的缺点。[4]因此,建立高校辅导员工作考核评价是辅导员队伍建设的重要组成部分,具有十分重要的意义。高校专职辅导员的主要工作职责包括思想教导、学业辅导、生活引导、心理辅导和就业指导五个方面。[5]依据这五个方面的内容,结合工作实际,选取相关数据进行统计分析,以确定高校辅导员思想政治工作量化考核的标准,经过对量化考核标准的实践,该标准对学生政治辅导员的工作进行综合评判是科学且行之有效的方法,方法的实施有助于加强高校政治辅导员队伍的建设,促进高校干部管理的改革。Strengthens the university instructor troop construction,to raise the student Ideological and political education work level has been an important topic which the university faces,but establishes the perfect instructor troop the inspection system is strengthens the university instructor troop construction earnestly the objective request.[1]Present mainly has the public opinion poll law and the summary evaluation law to the instructor convention’s inspection evaluation method and so on qualitative inspection,although has certain mass character and democratic,but has the assessment criteria the shortcoming which affects subjectively.[4] Therefore,establishes the university instructor performance review appraisal is the instructor troop construction important component,has the very vital significance.This article should include the thought guidance,studies counselling,the life guidance,psychological counselling and the career guidance from the university specialty instructor’s prime task responsibility and so on five aspects.[5] Rests on these five aspects the content,the union work reality,the selection correlation data carries on the statistical analysis,by determined that the university instructor ideology political works quantification inspection the standard,passes through to the quantification assessment criteria practice,this standard carries on the synthesis judgment to the student political assistant’s work is a science,and the effective method,the method implementation is helpful in strengthens the university political assistant troop the construction,the promotion university cadre manage reform.
