摘　　要：本文通过对社会客观现状、毕业生自身素质、用人单位择人观念三个方面的分析，揭示了影响当前大中专毕业生就业的主要原因。At present, it's very difficult for the college students to obtain employment. So the article brings to light the main causes influencing the employment of the present day college graduates, based on the analysis of the three aspects social present state, the quality of the graduates and the sense of choosing personnel of the units. In order to create a better employment environment and impove the comprehensive qualities of the graduates, the article provides some simple theoretical basis to it.
