摘　　要：肺癌是对人类健康和生命威胁最大的恶性肿瘤之一，其发病率和死亡率均居全球癌症首位。近年来，研究表明肺癌的发生和发展与人乳头瘤病毒密切相关。本文对人乳头瘤病毒的结构与分型、生物学特性、致瘤机制及与肿瘤免疫等进行综述。Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors seriously threatening human health and life. The incidence and mortality of lung cancer top those of cancers in the world. In recent years,studies have shown that the occurrence and development of lung cancer are closely related with human papillomavirus. This paper reviews the structure and type, biological characteristics, tumorigenic mechanisms and tumor immunity of human papillomavirus.
