摘 要:目的:了解杭州市萧山区食品从业人员的卫生知识、态度、行为,为食品卫生培训提供依据。方法:对接受卫生知识培训的本区食品从业人员随机抽取2 014人进行问卷调查,了解他们在食品卫生方面的知识、态度、行为。结果:调查人员中"好、中等"者占79.49%,仍有20.51%的从业人员卫生知信行欠佳。男性食品从业人员的卫生知信行情况与女性无显著性差异,而不同年龄、文化程度、工种、培训次数和工龄者卫生知信行得分有显著性差异。结论:加强对食品从业人员卫生知识培训,特别是文化程度低、工龄短人员的培训对保障食品安全非常有必要。卫生知识培训内容应有针对性,突出重点。Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitudes,and practice about food hygiene among food practitioners in Xiaoshan district of Hangzhou.Methods A questionnaire survey on KAP about food hygiene was conducted among 2014 persons engaged in food trade who came to Epidemic Prevention station of Xiaoshan to undergo physical examination and health training by random sampling.Results Of all the respondents,the proportion of the "good" and the "moderate" grade was 79.49%,while 20.51% of them were not good at KAP.There was significant difference in age,educational background,training times and seniority on KAP score.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen health training among food practitioners,especially to whom with poor educational background and short seniority in order to ensure food safety.The content of health training should be targeted and focused.
