摘　　要：知识经济时代,高校的知识转移成为企业获取竞争优势的重要途径,越来越多的企业通过知识网络来共享和转移高校互补性知识,从而提升企业创造价值的能力。本文分析了知识网络中高校知识转移价值增值的传递过程,并进一步探讨了高校知识转移价值增值的影响因素,在此基础上构建基于知识网络的高校知识转移价值增值的影响因素模型,旨在为促进高校知识转移价值增值提供一种新的分析思路。In the knowledge economy era, the university＇ s knowledge transfer has become an important way for the enterprises to get the competitive advantages, more and more firms share and transfer the complementary knowledge of universities through the knowledge network, to improve their ability of producing merit. In this text, we analyze the transform process of universities＇ knowledge transfer in the knowledge network, then discuss the impact factors to the value-added of universities＇ knowledge transfer, depended on this, we build a impact factor model about the value-added of universities＇ knowledge transfer based on the knowledge network, expect to supply a new view to promote the value-added of universities＇ knowledge transfer.
