摘  要:为探讨PBL教学模式在八年制医学生普外科教学中的应用效果,将2005级40名临床八年制医学生随机分成两组:试验组为PBL教学模式,对照组为传统的的LBL教学模式。通过考核及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果显示两组在基础理论知识的得分上试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),学生对PBL教学模式满意度较高。To discuss the effect of PBL in practice of 8-year program medical students in general surgery department,the students of 2005-eight-year- program in random were divided into two groups:trial group (evaluated PBL teaching method) and control group (LBL teaching).The teaching effects were evaluated by exams and questionnaire investigation. The results showed that there was no significant difference in examinational total score between 2 groups,but the students in trial group had a significant higher score in practise. The students exhibited great satisfication to the PBL teaching pattern.
