摘　　要：YC6108Q型柴油机是在原YC6105QC柴油机扩缸改型设计而成，主要对机体进行重新设计，并作有限元分析和实物模态分析，达到较好的强度和刚度。采用新设计的进气道、燃烧室和供油系统，提高功率和增大了扭矩，并且获得较好噪声、排放、油耗等的综合性能指标。此外，还详细进行装车运行试验。Model YC6108Q diesel engine has been developed from enlarging the bore size of originalModel YC6105QC diesel engine. The cyinder block has been redesigned by using FEM analysis and solidmode analysis in order to obtain good strength and stiffness. A newly-designed intake port,combstionchamber and fuel injection System have been used so as increase the power and torque and optimize thenoise, exhaust emissions and fuel economy. Meanwhile, the engine has also been tested in various vehi-cles.
