A STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF PACKAGING CONFIGURATIONS ON GERMINABILITY OF STORED RICE SEEDS

摘  要:本文对稻种的气调包装、真空包装、充纯氮包装、普通含空气包装等多种包装 储藏形态与未包装的散装储藏进行了对比试验。并采用正交试验设计方法,对影响稻种 包装储藏发芽率的稻种含水率、塑料薄膜性能、气体条件等因子作了方差分析。实验表 明,稻种合水率愈高发芽率愈低,采用阻湿性较好、阻气性差、价格低廉的薄膜,有利于抑 制稻种的呼吸作用,又能维持稻种的生命力,对提高发芽率有利。充填二氧化碳和控制氧 气含量的气调包装储藏,对稻种的发芽率也有提高。本文对稻种的包装储藏形态得出了 较为明确的结论,对解决水稻优良品种在商品化流通中的储藏问题,有实际的参考价值。In this sudy, germinability of the stored rice seeds in different packaging patterns were investigated. The orthogonal-array-test-design method was adopted for planning experiments and analysis of variance. Germinabilities of stored rice seeds packed in plastic films with atmospheric packaging, vacuum packaging. modified-atmosphere packaging (MAP), pure nitrogen packaging were compared with that stored in bulk. Experiments have been done to test and analysis the key factors affecting on the germinability, such as the moisture content of rice seeds, properties of plastic films and gas conditions. The experimental results show that the higher the rice moisture content is, the lower the germinability is. Low density polythene film (L), which is impervious to moisture. but penetrable by air, can restrain the respiration of rice seeds, while maintain the vitality of the rice seeds, thus utility of (L) is advantageous to germinabilities of the stored rice seeds. Carbondioxide-filling packaging and oxygencontent-controlled MAP can also improve germinabillity of the stored rice seeds.
