摘 要:针对传统PID控制下无刷直流电机电流脉动较大,转矩脉动显著的问题,在研究电机数学模型和自抗扰控制器原理基础上,提出一种基于模糊自适应ADRC的无刷直流电机电流控制器。采用模糊推理方法对ADRC参数在线自整定,将电机电流脉动等视为系统的未知干扰,利用该文设计的控制器以改善馈电电流波形,抑制电机转矩脉动。实验结果验证了所提出控制方案的有效性,是一种新型的无刷直流电机电流控制方式。To solve those problems associated with conventional PID control for brushless DC motor (BLDCM) , such as high current and torque ripple, proposed a new current controller based on fuzzy adaptive active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) in this paper. Analysed the mathematical model of the motor and the principle of ADRC, fuzzy reasoning method was used for ADRC parameters online self-tuning. The current ripple was treated as system disturbance, the current waveform was improved and the torque ripple was suppressed by the proposed scheme. Experimental results verified that the proposed control scheme significantly reduces current and torque ripple, and it is a novel modified control method for BLDCM.
