摘　　要：随着高校对学生科研重视程度的逐渐提升,高校学生从事科研的积极性不断提高,科研活动内容不断丰富。但是,学生科研工作的组织与管理体制尚不成熟,在某些程度上还存在缺陷。为此,要实现教学方式从"传授型教学"向"创造型教学"的转变;完善科研项目的组织结构并加强管理;制定完善的学生、指导教师的考核与奖励机制。As colleges have attached increasing importance to students＇ scientific researches, students＇ initiatives in engaging in scientific research keep rising and the scientific activities are being enriched. However, the organization and management of students＇ scientific research work remain immature. To a certain degree, the system is definitely defective. Therefore, it is quite necessary to transform the teaching mode from ＂teaching＂ to ＂creative teaching＂, improve the structure of scientific research project,strengthen its management and formulate an evaluation and incentive mechanism in guid- ing students and teachers .
