摘 要:对树舌灵芝菌丝体粗多糖的提取条件进行研究,通过单因素试验和L(934)正交试验设计等方法,重点考察不同的浸提剂、浸提温度、料液比、浸提时间、乙醇沉淀倍数对树舌灵芝多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:浸提剂为氢氧化钠(4%),料液比为1∶30(g/mL),温度为80℃,时间为4h,乙醇沉淀体积为3倍,多糖提取率为4.022%。The influence of extracting conditions on mycelia polysaccharides from Ganoderm applanatum were studied in this paper,which include the extracting impregnant,temperature,ratio of solid to liquid,extracting time,volume of ethanol.The results showed that the optimum extracting conditions were as follows: extracting impregnant was sodium hydroxide,ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶30(g/mL),temperature was at 80 ℃,time was 4 h,volume of ethanol was 3 times.The extracting ratio of polysaccharides could approach to 4.022 % at the optimum extracting condition.
