摘　　要：现代医学教育不仅要让学生掌握现有知识,还要让学生具有猎取知识的本领。为适应新世纪对高素质医学工作者的需求,在生理教学中进行了一些探索:树立终生学习的观念,培养学生自学的习惯;提倡批判精神,培养学生的创新能力,力争做到"鱼"与"渔"兼得。Modern medical education requires students not only to master the known knowledge,but also to get competence for acquiring knowledge.In order to meet the demand for high-quality medical talents in the new century,some exploration have been done： establishing a concept of life-long learning,cultivating a habit of self-learning,promoting a critical spirit and cultivating students＇ creative ability.The reform aimed to enable students to get ＂fish＂ and ＂fishing＂ at the same time in physiology teaching.
