摘 要:一些高职院校片面理解“以市场为导向”和“技能型人才”的办学方向,将人文教育搁置在“边缘化”的境地,也与教育的本质相背离。实际上,重视人文教育与重视技能培养并不矛盾,也是市场经济发展的需求。人文教育重在培养学生的人文精神,而人文精神的培养需要吸纳人类优秀文化的精髓。要做好这项工作,课程设置和教学内容的安排都要有所创新,教学态度和方法上更应该关注当代青年人的特点。Some quality colleges and universities understood one--sidedly "take the market as the guidance" and "the skill talented person" the school direction, puts aside the humanities education in "the peripherization" the region, also leaves contrarily with the education essence. In fact,takes the humanities to educate and takes the skill raise not to be contradictory, also is the market economy development demand. The humanities educate heavily are raising student's humanities spirit, but the humanities spirit raise needs to buy in the human out- standing culture the essence. Must complete this work, the curriculum and the course content arrangement all must have the innovation, in the teaching manner and the method should pay attention to the contemporary young people's characteristic.
