摘 要:21世纪是社会信息化和知识经济的发展,对我们的教育提出了强烈的变革的要求。传统的维持性学习方式正在向创新性学习转变,这就要求我们的教师必须从传统的局限于课堂40分钟传授角色而转变。教师作为教育教学的设计者策划者和挖掘着应具备多元化的知识结构,一专多能的能力和优良的人格。当然,较大的适应性和灵活性也是必需的。The 21 st century is the social informationization and the knowledge economy development, set the intense transformation request to our education. The traditional maintenance study way is transforming to the innovative study, this requests us the teacher to have to transform from the traditional limitation in the classroom 40 minute instruction roles. The teacher and excavates as the education teaching designer engineer should have the multiplex knowledge structure,masters many skills while specializing in one ability and fine personality. Certainly, the big compatibility and the flexibility also are essential.
