摘　　要：专业建设是职业教育发展的核心问题，是职校内涵发展、提升办学水平、提高社会声誉的着力点和突破口。随着经济的发展和竞争的加剧，专业建设的核心地位越来越得到显现。目前，专业建设已成为职业学校的核心竞争力，成为一所职校和一个地区职业教育好坏的重要标志。因此，要巩固和进一步发展职业教育，关键在于搞好专业建设。搞好专业建设除学校科学合理地调整专业结构、优化专业资源配置、加快课程改革和建设外，加强专业教师队伍建设也不容忽视，因为教师是专业建设和教学改革的主体，教师队伍的水平决定学校专业建设的水平和专业的发展潜能。The specialized construction is the vocational education development core question,is the vocational school connotation development, the promotion school level, enhances the social prestige the point of application and the breach. Along with the economical development and the competition aggravating, the specialized construction core status more and more obtains the appearance. At present, the specialized construction has become the vocational school the core competitive power, becomes a vocational school and a local vocational education quality important symbol. Therefore, must consolidate and further develop the vocational education,the key lies in does well the specialized construction. Does well the specialized construction to adjust the specialized structure, the optimized specialized resources disposition reasonably except the school science, speeds up outside the curriculum reform and the construction, the enhancement specialized teacher troop constructs also not allow to neglect, because the teacher is the specialized construction and the educational reform main body, the teacher troop＇s level decides the school specialized construction the level and the specialized development potential.
