实习生人文素质状况与临床工作能力关系的研究

摘　　要：通过对某医学院校临床实习生人文素质状况和临床工作能力的调查、分析其人文素质与临床工作能力的关系。发现实习生整体人文素质状况差,临床工作能力也较低;相关性分析显示,实习生临床工作能力与其人文素质状况呈显著正相关(γ=0.780,P<0.01)。提高医学院校教学双方的人文素质对于培养合格的临床医学人才具有重要意义。By investigating the humanities quality and clinical work performance of medical interns at a medical college and analyzing the relationship between the two, we found that the overall humanities quality of the medical interns was low, accompanied with poor clinical work performance. Statistical analysis demonstrated that humanities quality had a significantly negative correlation with clinical work performance of the medical interns （γ =0.780, P 〈0.01 ）. The results indicate that improving humanities quality of both teachers and medical interns plays a vital role in training qualified talents of clinical medicine.
