摘　　要：随着中国经济的快速发展及对外开放的不断深化,中外经济、文化、人才等的交流日益频繁,中国医师面对的外籍患者越来越多,提高医学生们的医学英语口语能力已经迫在眉睫。医学院校及其附属医院应从医学英语口头交流氛围的营造、教材选择、教学方式的改革和英语口语考核等多方面作出努力来培养21世纪所需的人才。With more and more exchanges between the Chinese and foreigners, more and more foreign patients are commonly seen in hospitals in China. It has become urgent to improve medical oral English of medical students. Medical universities and their affiliated hospitals should take their responsibilities to create opportunities for students to practice their medical oral English and reform selection of teaching materials and means in order to produce talents for 21 st century.
