摘 要:本文以北京、上海等10个城市4650名农村户籍流动儿童问卷调查为基础,分析了农民工子女义务教育状况:农村户籍学生家庭举家迁移;学生就学年龄明显大于正常就学年龄,且年龄跨度大;学生多次转学是因为教学质量差和父母工作流动;学生就读公办学校的最大障碍是繁杂的入学手续;与民办小学相比,民办中学的老师和教学硬件问题更为突出;省内流动、家庭购有住房、独生子女等有利于学生就读公办学校;在公办学校就读的学生对所在城市有更大的认同感。Based on the data from a questionnaire survey of 4650 rural migrant children in 10 cities, the paper analyses the compulsory educational status of migrant children: Families of rural household registration students move; students' age and age span are significantly greater than the normal students'; teaching quality and occupational mobility of their parents are the main reasons for students to transfer schools; the greatest obstacle for students to enter public schools is the complicated admission procedures; compared with private schools, the problems of private schools' teachers and teaching hardware are more serious; inflow in the same province, the family purchasing a house and the only child make children more likely to enter public schools; those students who enter the public school have a bigger sense of identity for the city they live in.
