摘  要:研究在发酵培养基中添加不同促进因子(玉米浆、酵母膏和豆油)对阿舒假囊酵母合成核黄素的影响。试验结果表明:添加10g/L玉米浆是最促进阿舒假囊酵母菌体生长和核黄素合成的最适质量浓度;40g/L酵母膏分别在0h补加20g/L,24h和48h各补加10g/L,其核黄素产量达到1587.37mg/L,比在0h1次添加40g/L酵母膏的产量提高了21.07%;在发酵培养基中添加2~5g/L豆油,对核黄素的合成均有促进作用。In order to improve the productivity of riboflavin by Eremothecium ashbyii in shake-flask cultivation,the effects of various stimulators (corn steep liquor,yeast extract and bean oil) on riboflavin biosynthesis were investigated.The results showed that 10 g/L of corn steep liquor was optimal for cell growth and riboflavin production.When a total of 40 g/L of yeast extract was added to the fermentation broth at 0 h (20 g/L),24 h (10 g/L) and 48 h (10 g/L),respectively,a maximum riboflavin production (1 587.37 mg/L) was obtained,which was 21.07% higher than that obtained under 40 g/L of yeast extract added at 0 h.When the concentration of bean oil in fermentation medium was 2-5 g/L,there was a significant stimulation on riboflavin biosynthesis.
