摘 要:考察了酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)在5L发酵罐中转化生成2-苯乙醇过程中的菌体生长、产物生成和基质消耗的变化规律,并基于得到的实验数据,建立了转化过程中菌体生长的Logistic模型、2-苯乙醇生成的Luedeking-Piret模型和蔗糖消耗的Luedeking-Piret相似模型。将3个动力学模型的理论值和实验值进行了比较,表明模型具有较高的拟合精度,能准确反映2-苯乙醇生物转化过程及其动力学特征,可用于酿酒酵母转化生产2-苯乙醇过程的预测。The establishment of kinetic models for cell growth,2-phenylethanol production and sucrose consumption of Saccharomyces cerevisiae was discussed after a batch process for the biotransformation of L-phenylalanine to 2-phenylethanol was carried through in a 5 L bioreactor. Three kinetic models were proposed by Logistic equation for the cell growth,Luedeking-Piret equation for 2-phenylethanol production and the Luedeking-Piret-like equation for sucrose consumption respectively. The simulative data of the kinetic models were compared with those obtained by the experiment. The results indicate that the models exhibite high fitting precision for simulation,and can exactly describe and predict 2-phenylethanol production by biotransformation from Saccharomyces cerevisiae in practice.
