摘　　要：将业务流程再造理论引入高职院校教学管理可以针对其存在的一些问题,运用流程再造理论对教学管理的管理理念、组织结构等进行分析,进而利用现代信息技术构建基于流程的教学管理组织,以此提高新形势下高职院校教学管理的绩效和社会各方对高职院校教育服务的满意度。The article attempts to introduce business process reengineering to teaching management of higher vocational colleges. It analyses the management idea and organizational structure using the theory of process reengineering,and construct process-based teaching management organization using modern information technology for the present problems of teaching management in order to improve the teaching management performance and the service satisfaction of social public under new situation.
