膳食纤维在结肠癌防治中的作用

摘　　要：膳食纤维是一种广泛存在于水果、蔬菜、谷类、豆类及其他水生植物中的一种物质。近年来研究发现膳食纤维与结肠癌的预防密切相关。现主要阐述膳食纤维的多种生理功能,结肠癌的发生机制中饮食因素的影响以及膳食纤维在结肠癌防治中的机制。也许在不久之后,通过人们以及医学工作者对膳食纤维的充分利用,结肠癌的防治甚至治疗将取得重大突破。Dietary fiber（DF）is a substance widely found in fruits,vegetables,grains,beans,and other aquatic plants.Recent studies showed that DF was closely associated with the prevention of colon cancer.This paper mainly described the physiological functions of DF,colon cancer,the mechanism of colon cancer,and the mechanisms of dietary fiber in the prevention and treatment of colon cancer.In the near future,a major breakthrough will be achieved to make the full use of DF for the prevention and even treatment of colon cancer.
