摘  要:通过问卷调查等方法,来探讨浙江高校体育教师的完美主义的各层面因素对专业承诺各层面的影响和预测情况。结果发现:个人标准愈高,则专业认同与专业投入就会愈高;父母的批评愈高,则专业投入与留业意愿就愈低;个人标准与对行动的怀疑愈高,则留业的意愿就愈低;关心犯错的程度愈高,则专业认同与专业投入就愈低。Questionnaire is applied in this article to discuss the effect on each aspect of professional commitment of various factors concerning the perfectionism of Zhejiang college teachers of physical education. Research findings indicate: the higher personal standards they maintain, the greater professional recognition and commitment they have; the more criticism they receive from their parents, the less professional commitment and devotion they have; the higher personal standards and greater doubt they have, the less professional devotion they have; the more they are concerned with mistakes, the less professional recognition and commitment they have.
