摘  要:我国民办高校的发展经历了艰难曲折的道路随着高等教育改革的不断深化,民办高校的发展面临更加严峻的挑战。民办高校办学的最大困难在于教师的高频率流动,教师的流动不仅影响成本和效益,更重要的是对学科与专业建设及高校长远发展产生不良影响保持民办高校教师队伍的稳定,实现民办高校的可持续健康发展。Private universities experienced a difficult and tortuous path. With the deepening reform of high- er education, private universities face more and more severe challenge. In the greatest difficulty, private u- niversities lie in the high-frequency movement of teachers. Teachers' flowing not only affects the cost and benefits, more important is that it can affect the discipline and professional development and long-term development. To maintain teachers' stability and achieve sustainable and healthy development of private universities is the most important issue in private universities which calls for urgent solution.
