摘　　要：现阶段,我国各地的教育信息化发展及资源配置仍然存在着区域不平衡的现象。通过问卷及访谈调查了我国东、中、西部不同区域中小学信息化进程中的资源配置情况,分析了包括"农远工程"在内的信息化教育资源配置的区域性差异现象,并结合路径依赖等观点,针对如何解决数字鸿沟、区域锁入、发展错层等问题提出了对策性建议,以促进区域教育信息化的均衡、可持续发展。Recently, the development of educational informationization and resource allocation are unbalanced in different ar- eas. Using the means of questionnaires and interviewing, this article makes the survey on the resource allocation in the process of pri- mary and middle school informationization in different areas of east, middle and west region of China. It also analyzes the regional dif- ferences of educational resources allocation in the distance education project of rural and remote elementary and secondary schools. What＇s more, combined with the view of path dependence, this article puts forward some countermeasure suggestions on the solutions of ＂digital divide＂, ＂region lock-in＂, ＂development split level＂, and other problems, as a result of promoting the balanced and sus- tainable development of regional educational.
