摘  要:课程综合化是新一轮基础教育课程改革的重要特征,这对习惯于分科教学的教师而言,是一个重大的挑战。"协同教学"强调团队协作,注重分工合作的专业对话,有利于教学资源的系统整合,也是促进教师专业发展的良好途径。这些特点决定了"协同教学"将成为新课程实施过程中教师工作的重要形式。为了使"协同教学"能顺利实施,教师应克服"文人相轻"的不良心智模式,同时也要重视学习型组织及学校知识管理系统的建设。Curriculum integration is an important feature of the new round of the basic education curriculum reform, which poses a big challenge for teachers who are used to the department instruction. "Teamteaching" emphasizes teamwork, focusing on professional dialogue between division and cooperation, which is conducive to the integration of the teaching resources, and a good way for teachers' professional development.Determined by those characteristics, "team teaching" will become the important form for teachers in implementing the new curriculum. To better carry out "team teaching", teachers should overcome the negativementality of "men of letters despise one another", as well as pay attention to building a learning organization and the construction of school knowledge management system.
