摘　　要：背景与目的:Ebp1是近年发现的一种新型蛋白质,为表皮生长因子受体ErbB-3胞内近膜区结合蛋白,影响细胞增殖与分化。本研究旨在探讨人贲门癌组织中Ebp1 mRNA表达及其与临床参数的关系。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR对120例贲门癌患者的癌组织和癌旁至少5cm处的正常贲门组织Ebp1 mRNA的表达水平进行测定。结果:73(60.83%)例贲门癌样本中Ebp1 mRNA表达下调,单因素分析显示,与贲门癌中Ebp1 mRNA的表达高度相关的临床参数包括年龄、淋巴结转移、家族史、肿瘤体积、病理分级和临床分期。多因素分析显示,年龄、家族史、肿瘤体积、病理分级及临床分期均是Ebp1表达的保护因素,而性别是Ebp1 mRNA表达的危险因素,即女性中Ebp1 mRNA表达高于男性。结论:Ebp1在贲门癌发展过程中起重要作用,可作为贲门癌病情进展的监测、转移潜能及预后评估方面的一个靶基因。Background and purpose：Ebp1 is a new type of protein which can interact with cytoplasmic domain of the ErbB-3 receptor and may contribute to transduction growth regulatory signals.This protein has been implicated in growth inhibition and the induction of differentiation of human cancer cells.In this study, we investigated Ebp1 mRNA expression levels and their relations to clinical and pathological features in human cardiac cancer.Methods：We quantified Ebp1 expression levels in 120 cardiac cancer tissues and their matched normal cardiac tissues by using real-time PCR assay.Results：Seventy-three（60.83%） samples showed down-regulation of Ebp1 in cardiac cancer as compared with the matched normal cardiac tissues.The univariate analysis showed that the Ebp1 mRNA expression levels had significant association with age, metastasis, family history, tumor size and TNM stage.The multiple factor analysis showed that age, family history, tumor size, pathological grading and TNM stage were protective factors for Ebp1 in cardiac cancer.But gender was a risk factor because the Ebp1 mRNA levels in females were higher than in males.Conclusion：Ebp1 plays an important role in the procession of cardiac cancer and may serve as a valuable target in monitoring cardiac disease, metastatic potential and prognosis.
