摘　　要：18岁成人仪式教育是一种赋予特定教育内容和蕴涵深刻内在机理与意义的教育方式。在18岁成人仪式教育中,还存在认识不到位、缺乏系统性和区域个性等问题。在18岁成人仪式教育中,在实施理念上,要注意普及性,抓好系统性,做到实效性;在实施内容上,要着重抓好成人意识教育、生存技能教育和公民素质教育;在实施模式上,既要有统一要求,又要因地制宜,形成区域特色与个性,等等。The rite of being adult education for eighteen-year-old adolescents is a kind of education endowed with specific educational content and profound meaning. In the education for 18 years old rite of being adult, there are still some problems as the lack of recognition, the lack of system and regional individuality. Therefore, in the education for 18 years old rite of being adult, we should pay attention to the popularity, system and effectiveness in implementation concept, pay attention to the education of adult consciousness, survival skills and civic quality in implementation content, pay attention to the integration of centralization with localization so as to form regional characteristies and individuality in implementation mode, etc.
