现代农业发展背景下农业高职院校援助农民创业的行动方案研究

摘　　要：积极发展现代农业,提高农业综合生产能力赋予了农业高职院校新的时代使命。文章分析讨论了在现代农业发展背景下,农业高职院校援助农民创业行动的意义和指导思路,针对农民的经营现状提出了针对性、实效性和个性化的援助服务措施,为援助农民成功创业提供借鉴。Agricultural higher vocational schools have been endowed with a new mission of the times by the active development of modem agriculture and the promotion of comprehensive agricultural producing capacity. This article discusses and analyses the meanings and the guiding ideas of agricultural higher vocational schools aiding farmers to start an undertaking in the context of modem agricultural development, providing targeted, effective and personalized services to be of assistance against farmers＇ operating status, which may conditionally serve as a reference value.
