摘　　要：在介绍生产企业广泛应用的、以板式热交换器为核心、的巴氏杀菌机结构组成的基础上,分析了板式热交换器的工作流程,举例说明了板式热交换器在巴氏杀菌机中的应用和使用时注意事项。In this paper,introduce the structure of plate-type heat changer which is the core of the Pasteur sterilization machine,it is wildly used in the production energizes.Analyses the working flows of the plate-type heat changer,with some examples explain the application and matters need attentions of plate-type heat changer in the machine in using.
