七年制医学教育“宽基础”与“窄专业”间科学整合的探索

摘　　要：七年制医学教育是一种宽基础、宽口径、后分流的教育模式。在从宽厚基础“窄”化到临床医学的某一专业方向的过程中，如何处理“宽基础”与“窄专业”之间的关系并实现自然合理的过渡，对实现人才培养目标具有十分重要的意义。本文以温州医学院七年制眼视光学专业为例，分析其利用专业特色，通过的教学设计，构建从“宽基础”到“窄专业”的桥梁，实现了“宽基础”到“窄专业”的自然过渡，希望为相关医学院校七年制医学教育体系的构建提供参考。The seven-year medical program is oriented through ＂wide-base＂ , ＂spacious-path ＂ and then up to ＂specific professional direction＂. The solution to the challenge on how to connect the ＂wide-base＂ to ＂narrow-professional direction＂ naturally is very important for the program development. This paper is aimed to introduce the seven-year medical program of optometry ＆ ophthalmology in Wenzhou Medical College. It is summarized here that its critical points for efficient connection between＂ wide-base＂ of basic and clinical courses and very ＂specific profession＂ direction in eye clinic and vision science.
