摘　　要：一种提出以PC作为远程监控设备、PLC作为现场控制设备、触摸屏及文本显示器作为现场监控设备的发酵监控系统,采用MPI通信协议实现网络远程监控功能。该系统具有结构简单,运行可靠、成本低,扩展性强的特点,适用于中小规模的啤酒厂。This paper proposes a monitoring system of beer fermentation.The system adopted PC as a remote monitor equipment,PLC as field monitoring,touch-sensitive screen and text displayer as field monitors equipment.MPI communication protocol realized network remote monitoring function.It has characteristics of simple makeup and reliable operation,low cost,excellent expansibility,and it is favorable to middle and small scale beer factory.
